Job Overview

This full-time production job is responsible for rolling fiberglass to molds with precision and attention to detail to assure quality products. Assist Chopper (Sprayer) moving product from spraying station to rolling zone then curing station.  Follows all company rules and regulations, including Tosha and Safety. 

**Facility is located in Lexington, TN.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carefully roll and paste fiberglass on to various molds following set quality standards.

• Transports molds from the spraying area to the rolling zone area.

• Transports molds from the rolling zone area to the curing station.

• Cleans rolling pins with tool cleaning solution and stores them for the next working team.

• Assists in cleaning fiberglass booth area.

• Ability to work long days producing products wearing protective equipment (PPE) from head to toe in a hot environment, including wearing a respirator mask.

• Ability to learn a process quickly and adapt to a high pace manufacturing plant.

• Ability to produce product with high attention to detail to maintain high quality standards.

• Follows all company policies, rules and regulations, including Tosha and Safety.

• Perform other related tasks as needed for the department.

Shift Requirements

2nd – 1:00pm to 9:30pm (30 minutes meal break plus two 10-minute rest breaks)

Physical and Other Requirements

• Standing 80%, Walking 20%

• Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.

• Requires full-body movements including, but not limited to, the use of hands, feet, arms, legs, back, and torso.

• Ability to bend at waist and use repetitive hand and arm movements.

• Ability to work in a high paced, manufacturing plant.

• Ability to work overtime hours or Saturdays as needed.
