A $30 processing fee will be charged per certification test submitted.
certification cards expire 2 years from date of payment unless otherwise noted
You may pay in advance, or you will be billed after the tests have been recieved.
Any credit for your company will be applied to future certification submissions.

The Company will also be placed on the Certified List.
Each company listed on the Certified List will be suspended on the expiration date shown.
If you remain suspended for 2 months (60 days) after your expiration date, you will be removed and after that
time you will be charged a $60 administration fee (Per company) to re-enter the certification program.
